MISSOULA Grief After Suicide & Traumatic Loss Adult Grief Support Group 

Support Groups strive to create a safe, healing space to honor the complexity of our varied grief experiences and offer tips and tools for coping. This group is for adults (age 18 and above) who have had a family member or loved one die by suicide or traumatic circumstances. We will meet weekly on Mondays from 5:15-6:30pm (MDT) at TGRC Missoula September 8th - October 20th (Skipping the week of October 13th). We ask that those who register plan to attend all sessions.

When a beloved animal companion dies, we can experience a deep well of grief. Join us on the third Tuesday of the month to share experiences with understanding others, honor that unique relationship with our furry family members, and explore how that relationship continues to shape our lives.
