A Mini Camp to Remember: Winter Wishes - Missoula

Missoula, MT

Thursday, December 11th @ 3:00pm - 6:00pm (MDT)

Mini Camps are fun and supportive gatherings for youth in 1st-5th grade who are grieving the death of a family member or loved one. Children likely to benefit are invited to attend either or both 3-hour mini camps this fall. Please select the camp dates your child is planning to attend. We ask that you register within 48-hours of the camp your child wishes to attend.

The pain of losing a child can feel particularly isolating. Gather with others who share a similar grief. This group is for bereaved parents and guardians grieving the death of a child. We will meet weekly on Thursdays from 5:15-6:30pm (MDT) at TGRC Kalispell November 6th- December 18th. We ask that those who register plan to attend all sessions. Please note, we will not be meeting on Thursday, November 27th in observance of Thanksgiving.

It is recommended that at least ~3 months have elapsed since your loss before trying group support. Please note that a completed registration form does not guarantee admission to a group, as space is limited. Together with an experienced program staff, those interested will explore TGRC's many resources for grief support and determine if this group is the best fit for their needs.
