MY “WHy”:
After experiencing the sudden and life-changing loss of a loved one, I re-found meaning in life after immersing therapy. This experience highlighted the critical importance of skilled, compassionate care following tragedy, and led me to shift my career path to center on providing grief care. I find fulfillment and inner passion with authentic grief support and am grateful to be a part of an organization making a difference for individuals and families.
re-charging & delight-finding:
I find joy in connecting with nature through hiking, being in or on the water, and meditating, usually with my partner, Nick. Journaling, crochet, music, and collaging are a few other hobbies that help me feel grounded. I have an energetic dog, Persephone, and a sweet bunny, April, who keep me busy!
