MY “WHy”:

I am a member of the Confederate Salish and Kootenai tribes located on the Flathead Indian Reservation. I grew up experiencing grief from an early age and have continued to experience compounding grief in my adult life. This led to my passion and goal of developing skills to effectively help others experiencing grief. Navigating grief can be a difficult and personal process. My goal is to create a safe space where I can offer support and guidance to those who are experiencing grief. In the future, I hope to use these skills to benefit my Indigenous community.

re-charging & delight-finding:

I find joy in preparing dinner for my family, experimenting with new recipes on some evenings, and relying on familiar favorites on others. Apart from cooking I enjoy engaging in outdoor activities like camping, swimming, and mushroom hunting. Reading is also a passion of mine, and I love snuggling up in bed with a captivating book.
