Grief Matters Adult Support Group: Honor and Remembrance During the Holidays

Tuesdays from 5:15-6:30pm (MST), November 5 - 19, December 3 - 17

The holidays can be filled with complex feelings - especially amidst grief. Adults grieving the death of a family member are invited to gather with understanding others to honor grief, re-evaluate priorities, and explore ways to find moments of comfort and meaning throughout the season.

Support groups center on honoring individual experiences and gathering with understanding others in a safe, supportive environment. This group is for adults (age 18 and above) who have had a family member or loved one die.
