The holidays can be a tough time of year. The lights, music, gifts, and cheer may seem out of sync with our emotions. This year, many of us are navigating new plans as we work to keep ourselves and others safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

How can we help ourselves and loved ones through the holidays?

We'll discuss tips for handling grief amidst the holidays, explore creative outlets, and gather with understanding others.
