Join us for a family friendly virtual and interactive activity and discussion on grief and hope in the time of COVID -19. This workshop for children and their families will include reading "The Invisible String" by Patrice Karst and a fun and meaningful heart mobile activity exploring ways we may stay connected with our loved ones living or dead. Tamarack Grief Resource Center strengthens and honors individuals, families, and communities throughout their journey with grief.

Ever wonder what happens at a grief center? Want to share the goodness of TGRC with your friends and family? Want to gather with understanding others?

Pour yourself a warm drink and come mingle - virtually! - with Team TGRC. This is a casual opportunity to be together, hear updates from and learn about TGRC, and enjoy warmth and cheer.

The holidays can be a tough time of year. The lights, music, gifts and cheer may seem out of sync with our emotions. How can we help ourselves and loved ones through the holidays? 

Join us for a virtual community workshop! We'll discuss tips for handling grief amidst the holidays, explore creative outlets, and gather with understanding others.

*We will be making snowflakes! Please bring square paper (color of your choice), scissors, and a writing utensil of your choice.

TGRC is proud to again sponsor Partners in Home Health's Tree of Life Ceremony. The 32nd annual Tree of Life Ceremony is an inspiring community event in which loved ones who died are remembered. During a brief ceremony held at the darkest time of the year, a single tree in the park is lit to shine forth in their honor. The ceremony will be virtual this year, the names of the departed will be displayed during the event. The ceremony is opened to all.

Join us for a family-friendly workshop recognizing El Día De Los Muertos. We will learn about the holiday and create paper flowers. The workshop will blend wisdom and significance from different cultures, creating a meaningful gathering for people who are touched by loss

Filmed and produced by UM students, “Bridging the Bond” explores the impact of death and grief through compassionate interviews with individuals who have a family member or loved one die. Join for the documentary’s virutal premiere, featuring a live Q&A with interviewees!

We are joining the community of more than 350k people walking in hundreds of cities across the country in support of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's mission to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide.

This is a one-night-only screening of the play “Zombie Thoughts” and the winners of All Nation’s “Today’s Warrior Video Contest,” as part of Suicide Prevention Week 2020. Event hosted by Project Tomorrow Montana and All Nations Health Center.

Tickets are FREE. Reservations suggested. 

Live theatre meets interactive video game as our audience at Ogren Field helps guide Sam (who has anxiety) and Pig (who is punny) through this year's Educational OutReach play. And the only path to victory is if the audience makes a series of choices that help Sam and Pig learn empathy for each other. This delightfully funny choose-your-own-path play, produced in cooperation with the United Way of Missoula County and Project Tomorrow Montana, speaks to students about the effects of and offers them ways to cope with generalized anxiety.
